The Green Goblin

Ingredients
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • ½ apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup white grapes
  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Spinach is an excellent source of fiber and vitamin K; high in vitamins A and C; high in iron, high in folate nd a good source of magnesium.

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
