We are excited to offer D’AG’s Online service that provides the convenience of online grocery purchases via a secure Internet ordering system. Our online service includes both convenient pickup and home delivery services from your favorite store. Enjoy its convenience and save precious time.

Pick Up
All pickup time slots are 15-minute intervals. You will be prompted to select a 15-minute time slot, based on the day of pick up and availability when you checkout. Your groceries can be picked up at the Courtesy Desk during regular store business hours.
Pick up is available for a fee of $4.99.

All delivery windows are at 15-minute intervals. You will be prompted to select a delivery time, based on the day of delivery and availability when you checkout.
In-Home Delivery is available from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. All orders placed after 8:00 pm will be available for delivery the next business day.

Delivery is available for a fee of $6.99 on orders above $50.00 and a fee of $9.99 for orders below $50.00.

Mother Nature
It is our hope that ‘Mother Nature’ will never prevent us from delivering your groceries to you in a timely manner. If there are going to be weather related delays or restrictions, we will contact customers who have already placed orders for delivery and make other suitable arrangements. In the same token, please let us know if you will be delayed in picking up your order.

Payment Method
We accept All Major Credit Cards as payment for delivery & in-store pickup orders. We offer a House Charge option for those customers that have an in-store House Charge Account.

Canceling an Order
In order not to be charged a service fee you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders canceled after the deadline will be charged a service fee.

To cancel an order , log onto your account, click the ” My Account ” link next to your name.

Click My Orders from the list on the left, select the order from the list, click the order number.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ” Cancel Order ” confirm that you wish to cancel order from pop-up box – Order Status will display ” User Canceled ”

Product Pricing
From time to time, routine store price changes are made. We strive to keep these prices consistent with what you see online. Routine store price changes will be applied to your order and the receipt that you are issued at the time of delivery or pick up will reflect the actual in-store prices. Please keep in mind; our weekly specials run on a Friday to Thursday time frame. So, if you order on Thursday for a Monday delivery or pick up, you will receive the sale prices for Monday.

Random Weight Pricing Policy
For produce and meat items that are priced by the pound, we will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. Consequently, the total dollar amount of your order will vary slightly. Be assured, however, you will only be charged for the product you actually receive.

What If The Product I Want Is Not Available?
In the checkout process, we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock, our substitution policy is to give you that same item in another size or brand, at the cost of the replacement item. If you would like to accept our substitution policy, just check the box provided.

Special Instructions
You can add special instruction to items in your shopping cart by simply click the ‘Add Notes’ link below the product. During the checkout process, you will also be given the opportunity, in the comments section, to add any other special instructions or comments for this order. For example, you can specify that you would like “Green Bananas” or “Extra Lean Turkey.” Also, if you want to allow for substitutions on all products except, for example, the milk you have selected, you can note that as well.

What If I Cannot Find What I Am Looking For?
Our online store is always growing. If you cannot find an item, but you would like it added to your order, just type your request in the Add Item box in the view cart process. If we have the product in stock, we will gladly add it to your order. This is also a great place to suggest items that you would like us to carry on the site, and we will try our best to get it into our inventory.

Freshness Guarantee
Providing you with the freshest foods for your family is a primary goal. Your groceries will be meticulously selected and stored in the appropriate conditions until your groceries are picked up or delivered to you. Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages
All orders containing alcoholic beverages must be signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. State issued Photo ID is required for proof of age.

Our customers’ privacy is of the utmost importance. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information about individual members (such as name, address, and email address) to third parties. During registration and checkout, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, phone number and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest and to get in touch with the user if we have trouble processing an order. We value our customers, and we take their privacy concerns seriously.
