Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 3 Tablespoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine pecans, bread crumbs and pepper in shallow dish; set aside.
- Coat chicken with Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, then pecan mixture. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
