Ham & Egg Casserole

Ingredients
Prepare this casserole on Sunday night and you’ll have a breakfast for champions all week long!
- 12 Eggs
- 1 carton (15oz) ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Italian cheese blend
- 2 cups (8 oz) chopped cooked ham
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs in a large bowl until blended.
- Add ricotta cheese, flour and baking powder; mix well. Stir in Italian cheese, ham and green onions. Pour in greased 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
- Bake until puffed, golden and knife inserted near center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
