Fresh Asparagus with Caraway Seeds and Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp. butter
  2. 1 tbsp. flour
  3. 1 c. sour cream
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  5. 3/4 tsp. salt
  6. 1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
  7. 2 tsp. caraway seeds
  8. 2 lbs. fresh cooked asparagus
  9. Fresh parsley

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Blend in Flour.
  3. Stir in sour cream and cook only until medium thickness,3 or 4 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and caraway seeds.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve over hot cooked asparagus.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
