Flying Fish Merlot is a wine that was crafted from several small vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley. By blending fruit from these Different vineyards winemaker Gordon Hill created a well balanced, fruit expressive wine that demonstrates the outstanding quality of Merlot available from Washington State. A deep garnet color with aromas of lush cherry and blueberry: a full rich palate with hints of mocha and vanilla, and a lingering finish. We are very proud of the final blend.
