Marinated London Broil

Ingredients
  • 1 (2-pound) 1932 Brand Top Round London Broil, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • cooking spray of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt & 1/4 tsp. Black pepper

Instructions
  • Combine ingredients and London Broil in a zip-top bag.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • When done marinating, preheat broiler.
  • Remove from bag; discard marinade.
  • Scrape off shallots and garlic and discard.
  • Place London Broil on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Broil for the desired degree of doneness.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Pair with a salad for a quick, delicious dinner!
