Marinated London Broil
Ingredients
- 1 (2-pound) 1932 Brand Top Round London Broil, trimmed
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- cooking spray of your choice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt & 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and London Broil in a zip-top bag.
- Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- When done marinating, preheat broiler.
- Remove from bag; discard marinade.
- Scrape off shallots and garlic and discard.
- Place London Broil on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Broil for the desired degree of doneness.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Pair with a salad for a quick, delicious dinner!
