Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks & Thighs
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken thighs and drumsticks
- salt & ground pepper
- 2 cups bottled barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill
- Season the chicken with salt & pepper
- Put the chicken on the grill
- Turn once, grill for 10 minutes per side
- Save 1/2 of the barbecue sauce in a small bowl for drizzling and serving
- Baste the chicken with the remaining sauce and grill for 5 more minutes
- Transfer chicken to a serving platter, drizzle with some of the reserved sauce and serve with the remaining sauce.
