When you first enroll, you’ll want to provide a 10-digit phone number that you’ll easily remember. So if you forget your D’AG Rewards card when shopping, simply give this number to the cashier at checkout. It works just as well as your card or keychain tag.

 Tracking your D’Agostino Reward Points is simple.

Each time you shop with your D’AG Rewards card, you’ll receive a separate Rewards receipt that summarizes your savings and provides your updated Reward Points balance. Your Reward Points are available to redeem on your next shopping trip. You can also check your Reward Points balance simply by registering your D’AG Rewards account at www.dagnyc.com

 Is my privacy protected?

Yes. You can be assured that D’Agostino will not willingly rent, sell or distribute your personal information to a third party. A copy of the D’AG Rewards Privacy Policy is available from our provider’s website at www.greenpoints.com or may be obtained by calling 1-800-435-5674.

Do my D’Agostino Reward Points ever expire?

As long as you remain an active D’AG Rewards member, your Reward Points will not expire. However, if there is no activity on your account (earning or redeeming Reward Points) for 24 consecutive months, your account will be terminated and any accrued Reward Points will be lost.

What should I do if I lose my D’AG Rewards card or keys?

We’ll cancel your lost card and transfer your accumulated Reward Points to a new card. Simply notify a Customer Service Manager at any D’Agostino store. If you lose your keys with your D’AG Rewards tag attached, there’s a good chance that someone will return them to us if they are found. We’ll hold the keys until you pick them up.
