You deserve it! D’Agostino has teamed up with S&H greenpoints, the folks responsible for S&H Green Stamps, to bring you the most rewarding loyalty program ever. But now there's no licking and sticking of stamps. It's all electronic. It's quick. It's simple. And there are more reward options than ever before.

Question: How do I earn greenpoints?

Answer: You can earn greenpoints by purchasing items from any D’Agostino store and using your D’AG Rewards card, at online merchants (www.greenpoints.com), and by using your S&H MasterCard.

Question: Do my greenpoints or Green Stamps ever expire?

Answer: S&H Green Stamps do not expire. Greenpoints never expire as long as the account remains active. For more details, see the membership agreement at www.greenpoints.com or call S&H Customer Care at 1-800-435-5674 (800-HELLO-SH).

Question: How do I check my greenpoints balance?

Answer: Customers will see their greenpoints balance on the D’AG Rewards receipt after the completion of a transaction. Customers registered on the greenpoints website can also check the website for a current point balance. Customers can call S&H Customer Care at 800-435-5674 (800-HELLO-SH).

Question: How do I spend/redeem greenpoints?

Answer: There are two ways to spend/redeem your points:

  • * Spend/Redeem points at any store participating in the D’AG Rewards program for greenpoints specials featured in the weekly circular or promoted on shelf.
  • * Redeem greenpoints for items from the S&H catalog by phone, mail, or online.

Question: How many points do I earn for participating in the S&H greenpoints program?

Answer: There are several ways in which you can earn greenpoints:

  • * Shopping at any participating D’Agostino store will earn you 10 greenpoints per $1 of purchases, excluding sales tax and excluded items or services.
  • * Purchasing bonus point products at D’Agostino stores.
  • * Using your S&H greenpoints MasterCard.

Question: Can I transfer greenpoints?

Answer: Yes. You can transfer to family or friends as long as the account has been open 30 days and a purchase has been made.

Question: How do I know my privacy will be protected?

Answer: Your shopping information is no one else's business and S&H and D’Agostino will protect your privacy. All information supplied by enrollees in the D’AG Rewards Program will be kept strictly confidential to the extent permitted by law. Consistent with and subject to legal requirements, special measures also are taken to safeguard the privacy of pharmacy information, the release of which requires your specific written consent. Question: Will my account information be sold to marketing organizations?

Answer: No. Neither D’Agostino nor S&H will sell any of your personal information to third parties.

Question: If I give you my email address, will greenpoints.com contact me?

Answer: We may update you, via email, of special offers or opportunities we feel suit your needs.

Question: I lost my card and/or sticker. Will my greenpoints account balance be lost? How do I get a new card or sticker?

Answer: You will not lose your greenpoints account balance. We will link the new card to your old account. All you need to do is request a new card the next time you are in one of our stores and provide proof of identification.

Question: What are double greenpoints?

Answer: Normally, you are awarded 10 greenpoints per $1 of purchases, excluding sales tax and excluded items. With double points you are awarded 20 greenpoints per $1 of purchases, excluding sales tax and other excluded items.

Question: What are bonus greenpoints?

Answer: Occasionally, items in the store have extra greenpoints attached to them when purchased by a D’AG Rewards card holder. Example: Receive 50 bonus greenpoints for this item (50 greenpoints is like spending five dollars!).

Question: Why is my total transaction multiplied by 10 not equal to the greenpoints earned?

Answer: State law may prohibit customers from earning greenpoints on certain items. Services and sales taxes do not earn greenpoints, because they are excluded from the program.

Question: Why do you request birth date on the enrollment form?

Answer: Date of birth is requested for security purposes, allowing us to authenticated the customer's identity during redemption or card replacement.

Question: Why do you request phone number on the enrollment form?

Answer: Phone number is requested so that, if you forget your card, we can provide the convenience of looking up your account in the checkout lane. Your phone number also allows us to contact you as part of the Key Finder program.

Question: Why doesn't the 12-digit number match the 19-digit number on the Rewards receipt?

Answer: The 12-digit number is reflected on the barcode. The 19-digit number is displayed in CSAP and on the Rewards receipt. To calculate the 19-digit number, the barcode is computed by adding 6005411 and the first 11-digits of the barcode on the back. The last digit is the check digit which is computed by a program rule.

Question: Why do our stores have the D’AG Rewards card?

Answer: We wanted to find a way to reward our loyal customers for shopping at D’Agostino. With the D’AG Rewards Card, you earn greenpoints every time you shop. These points can be used for the things you need. You can redeem/spend them for hundreds of items from the S&H Rewards Catalog and for specials on merchandise throughout the store. It's like earning money just by going grocery shopping!

Question: What if I don't want to enroll in the program? Will I still be able to get specials at D’AG stores?

Answer: You will need your D’AG Rewards card to get some of our specials. The Rewards program also will allow you to earn greenpoints every time you shop. Once you see how much extra value the D’AG Rewards card provides, you'll want to join. It's a great way to reward yourself just for going grocery shopping.

Question: What if I don't have a card, key tag or sticker with me?

Answer: The D’AG Rewards card program is flexible. If you forgot your card, key tag, or barcode sticker, we can find your account number if you gave us your phone number when you enrolled. Because we can lookup your account in the lane, you won't miss out on earning greenpoints for that shopping trip.
